In any complex system, there are deep drivers to preserve the status-quo (aka homeostasis) … people who’ve invested decades in cognitive and verbal therapies are on these teams, committee’s, professorships and accreditation boards.

They don’t want to be pushed into obsolescence, and so they pretend that the existing methods are on par with somatic methods … they clearly ARE NOT.
