Switch from talk therapy to somatic therapy (Hakomi or Somatic Experiencing)
if you can be mindful, it will be at least 5x more effective
And after you’ve done Hakomi for at least 6 months, consider a Ketamine or Psilocybin journey
Keep in mind that a part of your unconscious DOES NOT want to change, and thus will resist more experimenting with effective methods.
